Stephen Cailes

Stephen Cailes has been employed in the Security Industry since 1998. Having worked as a Crowd controller in various venues in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.  Stephen also served 3 years with the Australian Federal Police from 2005-2008 working in the fields of Counter Terrorism First Response at Perth Airport, Diplomatic Protection Team and Operational Deployment Team.

Stephen joined National Security Training Academy in January 2009 and now holds the position of Western Australian Training Manager.

Stephen possesses the following qualifications;

Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104)

Cert III in Security Operations with special application to Crowd Control and Aviation. (CPPSEC30407)

Cert IV in Government (PSP40199)

Cert III in Frontline Management

Brian Goodall

Instructor

Brian commenced his career  in security in 1999, working as a mobile patrol officer and crowd controller, Brian then established his own security firm with his clients including a major university, in 2008 Brian joined the team at National Security Training Academy as a trainer bringing with him his experience and skills in the security industry, and prior employment as a teacher.

Brian possesses the following qualifications;

Bachelor of Arts (Cantebury)

Certificate IV in Ambulance

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

Certificate IV in Ambulance

Licensed Security Agent
